Product: OpenVPN client connection files and related information provided to assist with the use of Pokémon Trading Card Game Live (PTCGL) (the "Product").
Price: JPY 700 (tax included) per season as a baseline. Prices may vary in the range of JPY 500–700 (tax included) due to campaigns or other circumstances. * "Season" means the same period as a PTCGL Battle Pass season.
Charges other than the product price: Internet connection fees, communication charges, and any payment fees charged by payment processors may apply.
Payment methods: Through Stripe, you can choose from the payment methods displayed on the checkout page, including: - Credit card payment — subject to auto-renewal - PayPay, convenience store payment, various electronic money, and other Stripe-supported methods — one-time payment, not subject to auto-renewal * Available payment methods depend on Stripe's coverage and the customer's environment (currency, region, etc.).
Payment timing: [Initial payment by credit card] The fee for the first season is charged at the time of sign-up. However, a free trial allowing new customers to use the first season free of charge may be offered. If the free trial applies, only credit card registration is required at sign-up and no fee is charged for the first season (after the free period ends, auto charge begins at the start of the next season). [Initial payment by other methods (PayPay, convenience store, etc.)] Payment is made at sign-up using the procedures of each payment method. For convenience store payments, you must pay in store within the payment deadline (typically within 3 days). [Subsequent payments (auto charge — credit card only)] For credit card users, unless auto-renewal is stopped from the My Account page, the fee for the next season is automatically charged at the start of each new PTCGL season. For non-credit-card users, payments are not subject to auto-renewal, so to continue using the Service in a new season, please sign up again from the Service website.
Stopping auto-renewal / cancellation: If you pay by credit card and want to stop the next auto charge, please stop auto-renewal from the My Account page by the day before the start of the new season. After stopping, you can continue using the Service until the end of the paid season. However, if you stop auto-renewal during the free trial, you will become unable to use the Service from the moment the cancellation is processed, because no fee has been paid. After stopping, no further auto charge will be made from the next season onward. The payment method on file is retained, and you can re-enable auto-renewal anytime from the My Account page. For non-credit-card payments (PayPay, convenience store, etc.), no cancellation procedure is needed since they are not subject to auto-renewal.
Delivery time: After payment is completed, a "Download VPN Config" button will appear on the My Account page within a reasonable time. Users can download the OpenVPN client file directly from that page.
Service period: As a rule, the Product can be used for the duration of the purchased season. However, the Product may temporarily be unavailable due to system maintenance, troubleshooting, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Returns and cancellations: Due to the nature of digital content and client files, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds at the customer's convenience after sign-up. However, if there are continuous connection issues attributable to the Company that have made the Service unusable for a substantial period, we may, in accordance with the Terms of Service, refund all or part of the fee for that season.
Operating environment: To use the Product, you need a device on which OpenVPN clients can be installed and a stable internet connection. [Supported devices] - PC: Windows / Mac - Smartphone: iPhone (iOS) / Android Specific recommended environments are described on the Service introduction page, etc.
Notes on the product: The Product is intended to assist with the use of PTCGL and does not guarantee specific rewards, in-game results, or the like. The Product is also an unofficial service unrelated to the operator of PTCGL or any other third party, and is not endorsed, partnered with, or licensed by any such third party.
Special notes: - Minors must obtain the consent of a legal representative before purchasing. - Use of the Service requires agreement with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
